1. General Terms
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between players who use the mkk777 platform (including the website and mobile services, hereinafter referred to as "player") and mkk777, which operates the platform (hereinafter referred to as "platform").
By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of the services, the player is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and understood these terms in full and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part, you must not continue to use the platform.
This agreement fully describes the relationship between the player and the platform. Any customer service commitments are supplementary explanations to these terms and do not override them.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on the mkk777 platform, players must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Access to the platform must not violate the laws of the country or region you are accessing from.
- You must provide your personal information accurately and correctly.
- You must act solely on your own behalf in all account-related matters and must not use another person's personal information.
- You must not have had a previously banned account on the platform.
2.2 — One Account Per Person
Each player may open only one account on mkk777. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same player, the platform reserves the right to close all such accounts and will only release the funds after a review has been completed.
2.3 — Verification (KYC)
The platform may request a player's national ID, photo, or proof of payment to verify account ownership. If the request is not responded to, withdrawals may be restricted.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 — Payment Methods
KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer services are available for deposits and withdrawals on mkk777. Payment methods may change, and any changes will be announced on the platform.
3.2 — Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks for every payment method
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes (under normal conditions)
3.3 — Refund Policy
Funds that have already been wagered cannot be refunded. For technical errors or incorrect payment transactions, please contact customer support, and a decision will be made after the platform has investigated.
3.4 — Situations Where Withdrawal May Be Refused
The platform may restrict or suspend withdrawals in the following situations:
- When KYC verification has not been completed
- When bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
- When there is suspected fraudulent activity on the account
- When the information provided does not match account records
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors can receive a 120% welcome bonus (up to 100,000 Ks). After claiming this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example 2: Deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) — balance becomes 280,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks
4.2 — General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement and validity period; check the promotions page for details.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If an account is closed after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
- Bonus fraud (multi-accounting, bonus abuse) will be investigated strictly, and if found, the account will be closed and the bonus along with any related funds will be forfeited.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per player; claiming the same bonus multiple times is not allowed.
4.3 — VIP and Cashback Promotions
The platform offers 5 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on a player's activity level. The higher the VIP tier, the higher the cashback rate, with Diamond tier members receiving up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
5. Player Responsibilities
Players must fulfil the following responsibilities when using mkk777:
- Keep your account login details (username and password) secure and do not share them with anyone.
- You must log out of your account after each session; the platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to do so.
- Only use your own registered payment methods when making transactions; do not use a third party's account or card.
- Players must act on their own behalf and must not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to play.
- Do not provide false information about the use of our services.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mkk777 platform:
- Money laundering or routing illegal funds through the platform
- Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Hacking, tampering with, or manipulating the platform's game systems or software
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bugs, exploits) for financial gain
- Colluding with outside parties to predetermine the outcome of games (Collusion)
- Using inappropriate language or making threats toward the platform or its staff
If any of these violations are found, the platform may immediately suspend the account without prior notice, forfeit any remaining balance, and take legal action if necessary.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 — Action by the Platform
The platform may temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account with or without prior notice (in serious cases). Reasons for such action may include violation of these terms, failure to complete KYC, or involvement in illegal activities.
7.2 — Closure Requested by the Player
If a player wishes to close their account, they must contact customer support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided wagering requirements have been met.
Under our Responsible Gaming policy, players may request Self-exclusion. In such cases, the platform will review any future requests to reopen the account before taking action.
8. Personal Data and Security
Personal data provided by players will be handled in accordance with mkk777's Privacy Policy. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' financial and personal information.
Players' personal data will be used only for communication, KYC verification, and bonus and promotion management. It will not be shared with third parties without the player's consent — except where legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability
The mkk777 platform cannot be held responsible for any financial losses arising from players' gaming losses, service delays, technical faults, or interruptions. This also covers situations not directly caused by actions explicitly stated in the platform's announcements.
The platform is also not liable for delays or losses caused by external factors (internet disruptions, faults occurring within third-party payment services). Players are deemed to acknowledge that they participate in games solely at their own discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
mkk777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes occur, they will be announced on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Players who continue to use the platform after an announcement is made are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may contact us to close your account and stop using the platform.
